A Russian buyer keeps ordering a tour ticket from my company. All of their information- name, address, etc is in Russian. They do not respond to emails asking them to provide their name in English, so we refunded them. However, they keep reordering the same thing! I've refunded them 3 times now and I'd like them to stop ordering from us if they can't asnwer my questions! Is there some way to ban them from ordering again? Is this some sort of a scam?
