REO Caltel is selling me a service and asked me to pay through paypal and they sent me the link to pay with. how do I know it is really a link to paypal? Can I just sign into paypal on my own and send them payment?

Hey elnikko. Welcome to the boards!
It sounds like they have sent you an invoice. You would receive that via email. What you could do is log into your PayPal account; if you see the request in there you can pay it. If it's not in your history....then it never happened and I would be concerned about the email in question.
