I edited your post to remove the links and embedded images - all of which could potentially cause security issues for our other members.
Well, that, and they weren't links to PayPal, but a phishing site. I think you can junk this email. Another good warning sign: PayPal emails will always address you by your name as it is registered on the account.
In the future, if you are unsure as to whether or not an email is truly from PayPal, you can forward it to spoof@paypal.com.
If you clicked on any of the links in this email, run a virus scan to be safe. If you entered any information, additional precautionary steps to secure your financial information may be necessary.
