Phishing Email - Notification of Limited Account Access RXI-6166

Just got this - Notification of Limited Account Access RXI-6166 email.  Looks legimate. 

Logged in via the weblink.  Wanted me to link in to bank account - ha!

Looked at where it was going at the link at the bottom left corner - paypall.com.

BEWARE.

I just got an "official" looking paypal email  - telling me to log in here to clear up the "account hold" on Paypal Account:

Date: December 28, 2011 4:43:22 AM PST

To: undisclosed-recipients:

                                                                                   Warning Notification

Dear PayPal Costumer,

It has come to our attention that your PayPal® account information needs to be updated as part of our continuing commitment to protect your account and to reduce the instance of fraud on our website. If you could please take 5-10      minutes out of your online experience and update your personal records you will not run into any future problems with    the online service.

However, failure to update your records will result in account suspension. Please update your records before 

December 28, 2011.

Once you have updated your account records, your PayPal® account activity will not be interrupted and will continue        as normal.
