This place ripped me off for $300... thank goodness for PayPal, I got a refund.

Pro1 Powersports never answered a e-mail or phone call... EVER! Left messages a lot. They will never pickup a phone, only a machine.

Beware!

I attempted to use paypal, but it would not work. could not click on the link. i used my card directly and they charged me the next day. i have 11 documented phonecalls to them with no answer, no reply to vmail. then i have 9 emails requesting delivery of my jacket.

i made the purchase on jan. 4th 2011 and it's feb 17th and still no reply.

this company is fraud.

if i find  fraud on my card, i know where it's coming from.

I'm sorry to hear they got you too. I cant beleive that place is still going. I reported them to the federal internet fraud site, but I guess the wheels turn slow.

Hope you can dispute any charges with you credit card company.

I am also out $$ due to pro1 powersports. I got the wrong part sent to me and after a month and a half of e-mailing and calling I got a response from John. Apologizing and telling me he would make it right. Just send back the merchandise and he would send the right part. Its been 2 months now and no responses from him. E-mails are bouncing back as undeliverable.

My only recourse is to complain to Parts Unlimited. They are the folks that distribute to pro1.

Drivemods.com got me for an exhaust too, i payed on my mastercard and tried everything to contacted them and no response from the billing number and the website number doesn't work. i contacted two sites online that claim to be associated with them and that they are legit, but neither will give me any contact info... i filed grievances with the better business bureau and the attorney general... You should file too, i am going to do everything in my power to get that website shut down.

I'll be contacting the Att. General in my home state and the state they do business in. First I'm going to file a claim through my bank to get credit, then I;m going to go after them.

Pro1Powersports in TN.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM !!!!!  Yes, these folks are thieves. I currently have an investigation under way throught the TN Attorney Generals office,  they have a  consumer fraud department , and no surprise, they have already had numerous contacts with these people, so much in fact that they placed them on their consumer watch list for the state. These scumbags know all of the tricks to get around Paypal and the credit card and bank guarantee systems.
