Agreed - this email is not from PayPal. Our emails always address you by your name as it's registered on the account - not PayPal Member. If you would, please forward it to spoof@paypal.com and then go ahead and delete it.
If you did click on any links, be sure to run a virus scan to be on the safe side.
Hope this helps,
Adrian

I received the exact same email also, did not click on anything within email - but it is rather concerning that they apparently have found a method to get to registered paypal account holders and saying the payment was used with your bank account.
Not funny.

Wow, this one almost scared me. Thankfully, no links were clicked.
My difference is that this email came to an email address at my work, where I administer the email accounts. The employee does not even have a PayPal account using this email address, so we knew there was no way to pull any funds. Thanks for posting about this fraud.
I will also forward the email to spoof@paypal.com.
