How do I report AWESOME customer service from Shandra, employee number 1669630?

Attn: CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER I just wanted thank customer service employee Shanda, employee number 1669630 for helping me resolve an issue with some gift cards I sent to my aging brother who lives in another state.  He is raising two grand babies and needed some assistance.  He never got one of the gift cards I sent and other customer service agents kept sending him the same (already used) card link.  I’d been on the phone for about 4 hours over two days (mostly on hold) trying to get this resolved and even though it took three tries, Shanda stayed on the line until the correct gift card was sent to my brother.  She was very, very kind and knowledgeable and saved the day for his family.  They will have dinner for the children tonight!

If you guys have an employee of the day, month, year, etc. I would like to nominate her!  Thank you!

I just want to let everyone know about my GREAT Customer Service experience with Jasmina Badge# 1672863. She Listen to my issue, she wavery knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I'm not techy so she had the patience of a saint. She was courteous and understanding.  You don't get Customer Service like this today. KUDOS to Jasmina Badge # 167863
