How to add automated SMS to request money transfer to people

Hi,

I'm creating an IOS app, and I would like to add a feature allowing the user (after he logged in his Paypal account) to send an SMS providing his contact with the amount (that I have, so no problem here) and the paypal link (what I'm looking for) to then get paid (the link the receiver will click on to pay my user).

I looked into the documentation but found nothing about this subject. Any clue?
