Why Google opinion rewards are not transfer to PayPal??

Why I didn't get mail fron you Google to collect Google opinion rewards points. There is rule in Google opinion rewards that if you have more than 2$ then it will automatically deducted from Google opinion rewards and transfer to PayPal. I have more than 3$ and it's more than 30 days but didn't get mail. I have same mail address in PayPal and Google opinion rewards. But still waiting for mail.

So if all of us are having this problem, how do we fix it?

I am on Android. GOR email and paypal email are same and have been for couple years when I started using the app.
