i paid for a rental property for my son and his friends all cadets at US Airforce academy the rented a house for an end of year ring dance tradition due to the current covid . they are all on travel restrictions and therefore unable to use the property they did not sign any contract or paperwork and the owner is unwilling to refund them their money only offer another date of which for all of these boys will not work as they all have different military obligations . The owner is not willing to offer anything else and basically didnt care upon this being explained clearly to her .
