I got my new EMV card from RCBC last year. I have a client sending me payment through Paypal for the last 2 years but recently, I got an issue with withdrawing the money to my RCBC Savings Account. We went to the local bank office and was told that the withdrawal was rejected because when I withdrew the money I did not put a "purpose" BUT I DO NOT HAVE THAT OPTION. I just simply click the bank account I'd like to receive the money on. I withdrew the money on the 13-Feb-2018 but until now(21-Feb-2018), I still don't have it in my bank account. I tried to check with Paypal last three days ago through email and Facebook chat but no reply. I called RCBC's toll-free number and I was informed to go to the local branch. THEY CAN'T EVEN ANSWER WHERE MY MONEY IS! THEY JUST TOLD ME IT WAS REJECTED. BUT IT'S NOT IN MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT!
