Hi, ordered complex programing on Fiverr, after when I didnt recievie it, I opened case on paypal, then after 2 days paypal closed it in favour of seller and said that seller provided tracking no. and item was delivered to me.
Problem is there was no tracking, as it was a complex trading app to be programmed, nthing to be delivered tho. So either Fiverr supplied fake tracking, but then again there would be no my home adress, or paypal just simply lie. I asked them by email to show me this tracking no. Waiting reply.

"Thanks for your patience during our review of this case. Your seller has provided shipment tracking information in response to your claim. We used the shipping company's online tracking service and found that the item was delivered to you. As a result, this case has been closed in favor of your seller."
