Hi ibyung,
Welcome to Headstart!
I completely agree with you - no one is going to be able to find you if you're not listed well. That said, there are a multitude of ways to improve your listing although its arguable if any of these are guaranteed to land you on the top of the first page of a Google search. Nonetheless, while I don't profess to be an expert, here's a few steps that I understand to be the most popular.
First up, publish quality content and update it regularly. This should lead to more traffic on your site/store and lend some credibility and relevance to your site hence bumping up your ranking. Also, try to have links across the internet pointing to your site. The more links point to your site, the higher the chance of your site getting bumped on search engine results. Use keywords also which are more likely to be searched by internet users. This will lead to your site being listed as the "most relevant" result when a particular term is searched.
Hope this helps! See you on page 1 soon! 🙂
