Please can somebody help me with my PAY PAL withdrawal,the funds that i have transferred to a bank account is not showing to my ATM and I think my son did something wrong that instead of putting the account number he put the card number what should I do the bank said the transaction ID number is not valid is there a way for me to refund it? Please help me thanks.
