How can i contact Paypal?

Is there a way i can contact paypal with email/live chat? I clicked contact us at the bottom of webpage but it seems like only phone call is availalbe in contact us.

If you click on ''Contact Us'' bottom of every paypal page then scroll to the bottom the ''Email Us'' option is next to the ''Phone Us'' option.

OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
