Nectar voucher

Good morning,

I have just converted my Nectar points into a voucher to the value of £75.00 (to use on Ebay) and I am aware that there is a minimum £10.00 spend before you can use the voucher.

Having just ordered goods to the value of £11.40 the voucher, as choice of payment, did not show up.

Does this choice show up under Paypal or am I missing something as I presumed this would be shown as a payment method.

I notice there have been several questions on this subject but I cannot find a definitive answer.

Welcome to the community forum.

I can't be 100% sure without seeing the details but it sounds to me like the eBay checkout is the issue here. Though you can use an 'Add to Cart' feature on eBay, each individual purchase is treated as such. If you were buying 4 items which were £3.00 GBP each it would be like you are making 4 £3.00 GBP purchases rather than 1 £12.00 GBP. This is obviously different if you are buying multiple items within the same listing but each listing is considered a separate purchase even if you are paying all at once.

The reason this is the case is so you have the option to open a case for one item should you have an issue. Each purchase will have an individual transaction ID.
