I ordered some things from PrettyLittleThing but as I was making other transactions as well I did not notice that I had insufficient funds in my bank account. I received the order last week and had return a few of the items a few days ago. My PayPal account says the transaction was completed on the 22nd of May however it is not showing in my bank account (RBS). When I checked again today I had received a message on bank account from the 25th saying that I had had insufficient funds for the payment and am now not sure what to do next? I have put money into my bank account tonight which should hopefully be in by tomorrow but am not sure if I need to do anything else to resolve this issue?

If your bank payment fails we will request the funds from your back up funding source (credit/debit card), providing you have sufficient funds available on your back up funding source we can recover the payment.
