I am sorry but this is going to be a long one, but please stay patience and advice me in anyway possible. First of all I started trading stocks and cryptocurrency on a trading platform called eToro, I managed to make £38,000 in a month, I decided to withdraw the money fully to my main paypal account. The funds were all sent to my main account but when I tried to add a bank account and withdraw the money to my bank account paypal would not let me do that apparently my limit was restricted, so I sent my passport photos, payslip etc and all were verified by paypal. Now I assumed the limits were lifted as there was nothing on notification when I logged onto my main account. Now then I tried to add a bank account again to withdraw the funds, paypal would not let me AT ALL. I was getting very frustrated as I thought how stupid I had been not withdrawing my profits to my bank account instead of paypal but bygones I guess. I then thought what if I sent money from my paypal account to my brother's account as it had a bank account on it. I started sending money in increments of £50.00 to £300.00 they went through, I was surprised and thought hey I am going to start sending everything now, but suddenly paypal stopped me from sending any funds. I then tried to log back on and paypal says "We're reviewing your documents Thanks for checking in with us. Your documents are still being reviewed. We'll email you when your identity has been verified" I uploaded my passport image and after it was verified the same message came back on when I tried to log on, at this point all I have the option to do is click on continue and go back to log in screen. I am really frustrated at this point, and I waited for 2 days paypal then sends me this email "However, to fully restore your PayPal account we need you to complete the below step(s). Please follow the instructions below: - PayPal needs to be able to provide information on every transaction that is processed. Please provide additional information regarding the transaction(s) from 10/01/2018 to 19/01/2018", my question is WHAT will I need to show paypal?? and HOW I would show whatever paypal wants, no login no emails, I was even desperate enough to reply to that email but got automated reply?? I can't even log on to my account without that stupid message. I deeply regret ever ever touching paypal, at this point I am in tears trying to resolve this insane issue. I will mention that when I checked my date of birth a while ago it was off by 1 month, I sent in my passport and did ask for a change thinking that could be a reason why I could not add my bank account, obiviously no reply from paypal at all.
