I want to buy something not on ebay but will pay via PayPal. Can I use PayPal credit to pay the person as "GOODS AND SERVICES"AS the amount is £150 but the PayPal credit option doesn't seem to be there?

You can use PayPal Credit against some eBay sellers and merchant when checking out on PayPal. It is not possible to use PayPal Credit when selecting the "Send Money" option on PayPal.
