i have received an email from service @ paypal.co.uk.
It looks genuine, gives my name and an id

I checked paypal account and nothing showing. but i cannot contact them to query it. I daren't click on a link in the email.
Do i have to wait for a fraudulant transaction to take place before I can do so?
