Sometimes Ebay will put you back on the hold for higher cost or riskier transactions.

However if its an Ebay transaction then its Ebays hold and not Paypals.

2 separate companies with 2 separate hold policies.

Your best bet is to ask Ebay?

If you're contacting from the UK, you can get in touch with eBay at 0345 355 3229. Alternatively, you can get in touch with them through social media, either via Twitter (https://twitter.com/AskeBay) or Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/eBay.co.uk).

Hi thanks for getting back

i have sold 2 items within a week, one I have been paid for and the larger transaction has been held back even though the buyer as paid. I haven’t changed any of my eBay detail and I’m 100% on feedback. Dispatched the item with tracking information. I’m at a loss as to why I need to wait for my money
