Well that is not something paypal would send you, could you have been scammed by a fake spoof email?

@kernowlass It was a email to say royal mail was verifiying my receipt.

Paypal NEVER tell you to send an item BEFORE the funds are showing in your paypal account balance.

Paypal NEVER tell you that you have to send trackable etc etc.
