I'm going to buy a website through flippa. I'd like to understand 2 things:
- I am in the UK and the seller needs USD. I can't seem to find how I can add USD to paypal with transferwise or other. Am I forced to use the very poor exchange rate from paypal?
- Do paypal cover service such as website sold? I've negotiated with the seller a refund if the website doesn't provide the advertised profit within 3 months. So can I use paypal to make such a claim later on if it doesn't generate the profit advertised?
