So, my account was limited.
I'm not here to complain about the limitation, but a few weeks after it was limited, I recieved a refund from a website as I cancelled my 30 day money back guarantee (for various reasons I need not list)
I checked both my paypal balance and my bank balance and the funds are not appearing in either, I read into the limitation and it states that I am unable to recieve refunds, so my question is, what happens to my refund from here on? Will I ever get it? the paypal account limitation says that I am able to withdraw money, but since I can't recieve refunds, it's just floating around in cyberspace? Will that refund ever be credited to my account so I can transfer it to my bank or are paypal going to literally steal my money?
