Can anybody tell me if they have been scammed by Rockstar dvd on e-bay? I have ordered a copy of Rouge One on Blu-ray then received a e-mail supposedly from E-bay to tell me the money has been paid. Then an e-mail from Rockstar to tell me that Pay-pal have held onto the money, so they won't send the dvd and have cancelled the order. Please contact Pay-pal to ask for a refund. On the Pay-pal site i can find no record of the transaction , at all.
Many people have posted on Trustpilot that they have been scammed on this very purchase.
I find the Pay-pal site very unhelpful to use. can anyone assist me on how to claim a refund under "Item not arrived" , i'm getting nowhere, fast!
