I sent a faulty item back to the seller by special delivery and have just checked the tracking on the royal mail website and it shows that the post office tried delivering the item .

I opened a case through paypal for this , Where do I stand , will I get my money back please, ordoes it need tobe showing as delivered ? .

I have wrang paypal and they entered the tracking info in thier system ,so do just wait and see what happens now ?

If a seller refuses delivery etc then normally you should still get your refund as you did everything asked of you.

Contact paypal again and let them know what has happened >>>

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".

OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
