Sending money to a norwegian paypal

I owe my friend some money, but that person is living in Norway and I in the UK.

They do have a norwegian paypal, can I send money to my friend through paypal?

Yes, use the family / friends option and send in his currency, you will pay some currency conversion fees but he should get clear payment.

Fund it from your bank account and not a card and the fees are less.
