Setting up donation with PayPal for a non-profit UK organisation

I am looking at ways to receive donations for a non-profit organisation in the UK. It is a Community Interest Company (CIC). What is the best way to setup to take Paypal payments on my wordpress site and what would the charges be? Cheers, Mike

PayPal will offer you a reduced charity fee if your account is registered as a non-profit business category. Might be worth checking into that. I believe the receiving fee for charities is 1.4% + 20p on all received payments

Charges would depend because you can apply for a charity rate with PayPal, which effectively means your rates would be lowered if they could see your registered charity status. This page will probably help you out (it is on the US version of the site but the info still holds up.)
