This is a bit of a paranoid question, but I need to know that Paypal can accept a Visa debit card and that I can use it to pay and receive payment with no problems.
The reason I'm asking is that I moved countries and now I have to delete my old Paypal account if I want to start a new one in the UK and I don't want to be left without both if this goes wrong. So, can I expect any problems with this?

As you are located in the UK you can add your Visa card to your PayPal account, however should you receive money which you would like to withdraw you will need to add a UK bank account. Currently in the UK it is not possible to withdraw funds to a card.
