I bought myself a Shadowhawk X800 after much singular debate with I. The item arrives on 5th october from unspoken name of seller. So on twenty third of october myself and partner are sat watching some show or other, sat on the sofa a good three metres away from where the mentioned in title (5000 mah battery) was on charge. This was around 2 hours previous that cell was put on charge.
**BANG** gf jumps off the sofa I was so engrossed in show that It took a few seconds to realise it was not a firework outside !! there were bits every where, no sign of led changed colour as should to say hey Im charged. Upon cleaning up the mess, after opening the windows to vent to toxic fumes, I noticed that A, I did not recover any protection ciircuit from battery .... B, with the damage to charger the case came open easier than should !! looked inside and WHOAH one puny resistor to shunt the charge once full !!!! (bear in mind this has a usb charger and cigarette charger) just glad it was not charging from laptop !! Anyway I've contacted seller three days ago and it states will be in touch in 1-2 days ............ hmmmmmmm
no response as of yet,,,, roll on 2 november .... ebay contact and jump on board......
BE CAUTIOUS VERY CAUTIOUS OF BUYING THE SHADOWHAWK X800 even battery has it printed on outer cover !!!!
