I've recently purchased a Motorola Moto g5 plus from [edited by Moderator], however, a friend commented that they are based in China and I shouldn't use them. Unfortunately, I've already made the purchase. The site still says order processing, has been for three days now, no contact numbers, no reply to messages? Getting a bit worried now, never thought I'd fall into this trap but here I am. Anybody used this site/company before? Have I dropped a clanger and fell for a scam site? Any help/feedback would be awesome thank you!

Hi I unfortunately purchased an iphone 8 from them a few days ago. and seem to be in the same boat. so have requested a refund. What was the result of your purchase with them?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community!

If you made a purchase, but you did not receive the item tha you bought, you can open a claim for Item Not Received directly from your Resolution Centre within 180 days from the date of the purchase. You can find the instructions on how to do it here.

After you opened a dispute and escalated it to a claim, the seller will have 10 days to respond to it providing a valid proof of shipping. If we do not receive any information within that time-frame, the case will automatically close in your favour and you will receive a refund on the 11th day after the claim opening.
