Hello. Hopefully someone can help me quickly.
I have 2 payment buttons created for 2 services offered by my site.
One of the buttons is to allow users to pay a small fee to upgrade an advert.
The second button is a monthly subscription for my agents.
I think my developers have set things up via the site to take the payments however there are 2 points that I need assistance on.
The first point is that it appears I cannot create voucher/discount codes for either of the services/buttons which is something I may want to do in the future. Basically I may want to allow people to add a code when they checkout to get a discount but there is no way I can currently do this. Please can you advise how to resolve.
The second, and more important point, is that with the membership payments, I have set the button up to take a payment monthly however if an agent cancels the subscription I presume I will be notified by PayPal but I wanted to know how can this be automated to tell my site to suspend the Agents account so that they lose access to the members area?
