Hello, I baught a visa debit card from Walmart yesterday and at first I linked my card like normal but I still couldn't use it to buy anything (eBay). So I figured the problem was i had to confirm my card so I went throught the process but after charging me $1.95 it gave me an error and unlinked my card from my account. Now when I try to link my card again using the paypal app it says your account have been locked for "security" reasons. This is very frustrating because I just baught this card that I can't even use. If it helps my card starts with 4351. Can someone please explain how i can link my card without this happening.
