there is a webpage on instragam that sell designer clothes that are out of stock on the real website. so i contacted him and asked if i could come and buy it cash, but he said he only does it through online transaction. to be honest i dont trust that, so im thinking if i pay him through paypal and get scammed by him, is there a way of getting my money back?

Please ensure you pay via the "Goods/Services" option when using PayPal. Providing you use this payment option then yes you are eligible to open a claim if you do not receive the item or the item is not as described.
