china post tracking

can anyone help, 

i have bought items from ioffer and have resieved a tracking number

but i believe it is false and am still waiting for my items

in resolution center it is waiting for my responce but the only responces are

if you have resolved this problem, you can cancel the clain at anytime

or

if you have resieved the items, but are different ckick here

these dont apply to me at all

there is nowhere to state that the tracking number is false

please help

You don't need to do anything.

When the seller provides a tracking number paypal check with you to see if you want to close the claim if you have received the item or happy with the tracking number OR you you have received it and need to change the claim to one of not as described.

As NEITHER apply then paypal will after about 10 days from escalating to a claim check the tracking number and see if it proves delivery of the item TO YOUR ADDRESS.
