Basically, I sold a pair of yeezys and once the buyer had recieved them he discovered they were fake, which I didn't know. Therefore, I issued him a refund and told him to post them back and now he is not responding to me and I assume he is trying to keep the shoes. Is there any way I can dispute the refund since he is supposed to be sending the shoes back to me?

As its against the law to sell fake items then he does not have to return the items back to you.
If he wants he can provide the shoes / your ebay i.d. to trading standards and report you for selling fakes.
If he had filed a dispute on paypal and proved to paypal they were fake then paypal would not have asked him to return them either.

Doesn't matter whether you knew or not, it is still against the law to sell fake items.
So if the item is fake all the buyer has to do is bin them.
By returning them they are implicit in enabling you to sell another fake item.
