email confirmation

I am trying to confirm my new email - as the primary email on my account is no longer in use - but I keep getting this message . I have been trying for weeks but the same message keeps popping up - We're sorry. We're unable to complete your request. Please try again later.

 

I cant accept funds until I have confimred my email !

Have you added the new email address?

 

Have you still got the primary email address on there as well?

 

Is it an email address that paypal would accept?
