funding source on ebay

my paypal account is in credit

i cant use buy now pay after delivery on ebay anymore

it wont use my bank as a funding source on ebay anymore? just my card

i cant see any reason why my account has been stopped

Do you mean that you have funds in your paypal balance or just that your paypal account is not in the negative?

Also have you had a recent failed bank transfer or negative balance recently?

Also have you still got the direct debit mandate listed in your online banking for paypal still active.

Hi Yes I did have a failed transfer. I put the money in the next day when I realised that I had a negative balance. This was because they said they would take the money a week before . So I assumed everything had gone through. If they have put a stop on bank funding how long does it take before I can use it again without having to use my debit card?

As you know when you pay a seller it is never instant, paypal credit them for you and paypal take the wait for the funds to transfer from your bank account, normally a few days. BUT if you use PAD paypal are giving you a loan of the money for up to 14 days before they get repaid.

So they only take that risk if you never have a failed bank transfer, if you have had one its unlikely you will get that option again.
