This has nothing to do with paypal so you best ask on the ebay forum but why not just log in to your nectar account?

Hi I did not word that very well it should have said how do I see my NECTAR card number, I have been sent a new number and need to update the card that is on my PayPal account.

Can you help.

As far as i am aware you can't link a nectar card to a paypal account only an ebay account.
