Hello there, I am trying to add a new debit card to my account and when I try to fill the billing address it won't accept my 6 digit postcode. I have tried both with and without space and it will not work, do you know any solutions?
I haven't heard of any issues with this. Is the card you are trying to add registered in the same country as your PayPal account? If not then this may be the reason it is not accepting the postcode. If this is not the case, try clearing your cookies and cache on the browser you are using as this can sometimes help.
Hello, mines doing the same i have the exact same details registered in my paypal account ive been asked to verify who i am and it doesnt accept my postcode. So there is an issue with your software or database of uk postcodes. I will have to telephone Paypal tomorrow to try to resolve this stupid problem.
