Try this >
Delete a saved password
You can make Chrome forget specific passwords or clear all saved passwords at any time.
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More
Settings.
- At the bottom, click Advanced.
- Under "Passwords and forms," click Manage passwords.
- Under "Saved passwords," to the right of the website, click More

hmm perhaps your version of chrome differs from mine but it's v. similar. under 'passwords and forms' are two options: 'auto-fill settings' and 'manage passwords'. Under 'manage passwords' I have the main switch off, and auto sign-in off. I have nothing shown under 'saved passwords', or under 'never saved'.
However paypal happily does an auto-login for me - or anyone who gets access to my computer. Which is a shame really because it's not a feature I want.
