hi can some one advice me I brought my son £10 vodafone credit 3 days ago but it did not go through on his phone but the £10 is showining on my paypal account as pending but authorized. so I cannot cancel the payment have beenin touch with vodafone they said they cant help i have to sort it with paypal. my son needs credit on his phone i dont want to rebuy it and he ends up with £20 credit so what can i do thanks
Some merchants have a process in place where a payment will go to a pending status until it has been approved by the merchant.
If this payment has not been accepted by the merchant, you need to contact the merchant directly. I understand that you have tried this already but it is only Vodafone who can accept or refuse the payment on their account.
