EMAIL FROM "Paypal" requesting feedback on Paypal's resolution process

Hello all

Recently I did request and escalate claim to paypal for few claim cases, and some of them have been resolved by paypal.

Today I am receiving email supposedly from Paypal, see the extracted email as follows. I am bit worried because it requests me to click on one link, because I am not sure if this is really from and for paypal purpose.

I immediately login into my paypal account and there was no such notification in it. I am just curious if Paypal does actually notify me in one's paypal account for such a request or it is always done through the email.

Thank you for any feedback!

My recent claim was handled sloppily and ineffectively. A company named Northern did not send my item but took the money from my Paypal account. I have received No ebay notification of any shipment. It doesn't show in my purchase history, NOTHING. Paypal says it received a valid tracking number from the company but did not investigate it's authenticy. What a crock, Paypal!!
