Paypal balance

Okay so I started selling a whole bunk of items as a new seller on ebay. I had a total of pending £400 after I sold my items. I then received £250 from my gf because a guy had bought it. And I transferred the £350 to her bank. So I'm back on 0 balance and £400 pending. The guy has opened a case about the phone and I'm minus now, even the pending balance. I'm starting to refieve the funds from my other items and I'm worried about the minus. Will I get all my 400 back if I win the case or will it just take it out now to fix the balance and not add what I have if I win?

I can understand that this situation must be frustrating. If you managed to transfer money from your account to your girlfriend's bank, it sounds like the money on your balance may not have been pending, which is why your balance showed as negative.

If the case is found in your favour, the money will be credited back to your PayPal balance, but if not, you would need to transfer money back from your bank to resolve the balance.
