I am wedding photographer and one of my client just changed her mind and wanted to cancel her booking. She wanted her money which was a deposit back and the paypal just sent it back without any answer or explanation. It was an oral agreement with the client that our deposit is non-refundable. We also provided her our work assignment contract but she forgot to sign it. I was holding her date for month and now I have client on that date, because I wes holding it for her... In the paypal rules I can see the buyer protection is not covered for deposits and partial payment, even so the paypal just sent her back our money...
