Hi All, New to paypal community and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice? The subject pretty much says it all and this is the second time that a non eBay item payment has failed to release on the date given can anyone tell me why this is happening? i think the policy for people new to paypal is great but i'm getting very annoyed that my funds aren't being released when i'm told that they will.
Sometimes they give u a date but then its not received until 1/2 days later
Contact customer service using the contact us/ call/email us tab(emailing is slow) so if u do call dont select any options just hold on until u speak to someone if poss
thank you for your reply, i have contacted them but will be even slower now it's friday. Little annoying for honest people to have it not released when they say it will be
