Evidently, not using eBay on a consistent basis re-designates you as a "new" seller, regardless of your history. As an infrequent eBay user that is only looking to make a quick sale here and there, the 21-day hold isn't worth the headache. Been there, done that. Not interested in going through it every time I sell an item.
