Iv'e been using paypal for 10 years but in the recent weeks ive had my one and only ever charge back and some very impossible customers to deal with (you know how it is) wanting compensation for time wasted on a faulty product etc etc
anyway last week they hit me with this rolling reserve thing that i never heard of until now
problem is the percentage exceeds my mark up and even if i struggled until it was over, i now need to provide registered post to prove its been sent etc unlike before id just send with 2nd class because margins are slim as it. all was great until now
making a decent income and maybe a few out of 1000 un happy customers(more like they wanted the item for free)
but now i havent traded for over a week since this.....
whats your story?

Well personally i willingly refund my buyers if they get a faulty product and add my apologies.
Advice is voluntary.
