paypal acc verified,so why is my money still being held for 21days?

I verified my paypal account as this said that i can access my money quicker if my account is verified and yet i am still not able to access some of my money, Why is this? I feel that I have been mislead, I verified as asked and yet paypal is still holding onto my money.  I think that is unfair,can anyone explain why?

yes i am having the same problem-----dont understand it--you cannot make people give feedback so although ive sold plenty only 10 peole have given feedback---------all good----- so they say it must be at least 20 before they can review it !its a con for sure to get interest on your money--

There are a few possible reasons as to why your money may being placed on hold. If your funds are being held for up to 21 days, it may be due to you being a new seller on eBay. If your eBay payment is on hold, it could be because:

• You have been an eBay and PayPal member for less than 6 months
• You have an eBay feedback score of less than 100 and do not have a record of good performance
• You have a Buyer dissatisfaction percentage of 5% or greater
• You have an average Detailed Seller Rating (DSR) of less than 4.5
• You have received fewer than 20 Detailed Seller Ratings in the last 12 months
• You have a high rate of customer disputes
• You’re selling in a high risk category or industry such as, tickets, travel, gift certificates, computers, consumer electronics or mobile phones

There are three different ways in which your money can be released to your PayPal account. The three different ways are as follows:

• The buyer leaves you positive feedback
• 21 days pass without a dispute, claim, chargeback, or reversal being filed on the transaction
• You provide a tracking number which shows that the item has been delivered over 3 days ago
