I have bought a item from house of fraser already. however, they've talked that my payment is holding by my bank. 

meanwhile, Paypal said that "Your funding source will be charged when House Of Fraser (Stores) Ltd completes your order"

If House of fraser cant complete my order, how long will my money return????

or what should I do now??
